The second brain that runs the challenge
A million-dollar challenge produces a brutal amount of information: research, prompts, playbooks, numbers, decisions. None of it lives in my head. It all lives in one Obsidian vault, built by AI and maintained by AI. The graph you played with in section 04 of the homepage is that vault, shown live.
EXHIBIT B · THE SECOND BRAIN
KEY TAKEAWAYS
- One vault, four shelves: Research, Build, Launch, Scale. Everything linked.
- The website reads the vault, so the site grows when the challenge grows.
- Money moves get logged before I sleep. The scoreboard never lies.
- The full setup, templates, and sync playbooks ship inside the course.
The deliverable
A vault where nothing is a loose file and everything is a linked node. Four shelves, one spine:
- Research. Market scans, buyer sheets, pricing tests. Every claim links to its source.
- Build. Copy drafts, page builds, email flows. Every deliverable links to the prompt that made it.
- Launch. Ad tests, first sales, fixes. Every result links back to the decision that caused it.
- Scale. The weekly keep/cut/scale reviews, and the ledger the scoreboard reads.
That spine is the same four stages you dive through in the homepage graph: Research → Build → Launch → Scale. Same brain, two views.
How it feeds the website
The site never goes stale because it reads the vault instead of hard-coding it:
- data/vault.json. An export of the vault's structure. The section-02 graph rebuilds itself from it on every load.
- data/proof.json. The shipped-deliverables feed. New drop in the vault means a new card in Proof of Work.
- data/ledger.json. Revenue, invested, profit. One edit and the public scoreboard updates.
New note in Obsidian, one export, push. The website grows because the challenge grows. No CMS, no database, no subscription.
The playbooks
The vault isn't a diary. It's an operating system. The heart of it is a set of playbooks the AI executes on command. Here's the top of one:
